Most likely some kind of unsupported gpu, can you give us some specs?
Does your computer have 2 gpus by any chance?
It seems to be some kind of auto correcting feature that isn't mentioned anywhere in the app. Which makes the app as good as useless if you don't speak english.
I'd be fine with either 1.7 and/or 1.12.

The maven repos for older versions of GC have been gone for sometime now, your only real option is to find someone who still has a copy of it, otherwise...
