I found out that icecast metadata is transmitted using **http headers**. And stdout is not an http protocol, it can only transmit audio files or audio streams, it is impossible...
Actually, my requirement is to let the browser play `m3u8` links. Since ffmpeg cannot forward metadata, let's give up on ffmpeg. For m3u8 sources, maybe it can be solved using...
