Please note that "OutputDebugString" doesn't necessarily need a debugger. Applications like [DebugView](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/debugview) can receive these messages. If we consider this case, IsDebuggerPresent() should not be used in the sink_it method.
