terminate tasks gracefully and not forcefully on closing VSCode or when using the "kill" (trashcan) button

This has been an issue for me for the last few months using VS Code, not sure exactly what version it started, but after updating today it got even worse....

Property 'table' in type 'PDFDocumentWithTables' is not assignable to the same property in base type 'PDFDocument'.

[PDFKit v0.17.0 introduced native tables](https://github.com/foliojs/pdfkit/releases/tag/v0.17.0). If you want to keep using pdfkit-table you can't upgrade past PDFKit v0.16.0, otherwise you'll need to remove the pdfkit-table dependency and [change your calls...
