Checked with several KF5 recipes, 2 major ones kdevelop and cantor still fine with this version.
When testing a build for numpy 2.0.0 I needed a newer version from this (used 3.0.10) and newer meson_python (used 0.16.0), that enabled starting the build for numpy whl, but...
On a sidenote, numpy checks for the cmd "cython" or "cython3", so I had to change that detection to search for "cython3.10", maybe provide a default "cython3" for python3.10 here...

@OscarL I guess this will fail when merged because of scipy?

Opened a PR to update yaml_cpp, maybe you could have a look there (kept the older library around as it's still being used by other applications). **EDIT** link :) https://github.com/haikuports/haikuports/pull/9847
32bit buildmaster down for a few days again.
This is getting confusing for an old man :) So we should switch to v2.0.ROLLING and v2.1.ROLLING?
