For dos2unix we could just drop support for gcc2 and go for x86 on 32bit, having it for both architectures is pointless too I think? EDIT, didn't check the latest...

Crashes on closing, only done some basic checks so could use a few other pair of eyes before merging. :)

Just ran a check on 32bit R1B4, still good there, no crash.
Confirmed that after installing dbus there is no crash (checked clean VM 64bit nightly from today).
