Removed in commit 7a215019554c84d8de13be931bb9c57f5043a485 See #4507 If `VersionInfoVersion` or `VERSIONINFO` are (re)implemented, they need to be tested to handle tags like `5.10-beta2`, `5.10-rc3` and `nightly-github-actions`.

Please merge ASAP if for 5.10.
