Updated setting_up_xr.rst to include C# example

Added a c# port for the original GDScript code. This is my first time editing a RST file, so let me know if I did something incorrect with the layout/setup.

d3d device lost - most unreal engine games crash on launch

So ive been trying this in various ways(different windows versions, different version of Easy-GPU-PV, etc.) for many months and I always get it installed and it all seems to work....
