Updated use-composed-ref to 1.4.0 and use-latest to 1.3.0

We downgraded to react 18 because of this. Please check this out @Andarist

Looks like a bug with yarn perhaps? It didnt update the lock file properly. We did as you suggested and everything is working fine right now. Thanks for your help!...
