I agree with @danielfdickinson , it's better to keep meta-raspberrypi minimal and not bloat it. Majority won't use opencl on RPI, and those who needs it can append the recipe...

I will fix this today in my mesa bbappend today. Building SDK as we speak to replicate your error.

This commit seems to have solved the issue: https://github.com/suchmememanyskill/decky-loader/commit/5a8f172e5650e6651150aef2e9239f1c8d13ac04 But it's someone else fork, it would be good to understand why is this not in v3.1.11

What's the status on this issue? It has been broken for very long time on Windows :( The fix is even proposed in this issue, just need to be merged.
