Do you install it by downloading the zip archive via Github? I have encountered the same problem, and use `git clone` instead of zip archive, then it works! Anyone know...

> 如果以前是内核4.x或者5.x的老固件，需要先用最小化的固件在uboot下刷一次，然后再用sysupgrade那个固件在最小化的固件的升级界面刷机就可以了。 确实可以刷入了，而且对于最新的6.x固件亦需要通过该方式刷入。但是似乎没有Wi-Fi支持，刷入进去之后没有无线设备。

经测试，目前使用比较舒服的固件是[VIKINGYFY/OpenWRT-CI](https://github.com/VIKINGYFY/OpenWRT-CI) 这个仓库，可以自定义编译哪些插件进去，然后直接Github CI。
