Analyze multi-modal time-series Seurat object

I am wondering whether we would be able to use this tool after clustering time-series CITE-seq data with Seurat using a method like Weighted Nearest Neighbor described here: https://satijalab.org/seurat/v4.0/weighted_nearest_neighbor_analysis.html
