Set different threshold for different datasets

Issue from Uros in Emili lab I have RNAseq data and phospho data and I want to create a multi dataset EM with both results but the power in RNAseq data is much higher in the RNAseq than in the phospho and therefore I want to set two different thresholds for the two different datasets.
