ltc is using segwit and the code is not segwit ready i think. can you post the daemon log for this block?

Try to mine directly to nicehash with your dash adress without the proxy and check if it works.

this proxy cant handle equihash. remove equihash pools from the configs.

For This many miners i recommend to try ckproxy for it. https://bitbucket.org/ckolivas/ckpool

Start proxy without api access and so on.. you have so many settings you can use. Someone else access to it?

add "txindex=1" to your coin config..
