Version 1.1.6 for Windows Python

https://pypi.org/ does not have bulit distributions for Windows since version 1.1.2 and the latest version which can be installed by pip in Windows is 1.1.1. Is it possible to upload the latest built version for Windows to PyPI? Thank you!
