Request for Android releases as APK not ZIP

if possible please release the Android as APK directly so that it's compatible with the Obtainium update application. APK is already compressed so it shouldn't be a problem.

Right now only these options exist for the text messages:  This is a hassle for translating because each message has to be individually copied, leave the app to open...

The F-Droid and Google Play Store newest updated version (0.13.2) is not here on github.
