I got Mi 34inch monitor too， but still 50 hz when HIDPI enabled. I am using 2560x1072

我刚看到这里，试了之后确实文件相比于放/Library....下生效了， 但刷新率问题和缩放选项没出现的问题依然没解决

我也有类似问题 小米34寸， Mojave 10.14.6 从来未曾见过缩放选项呢
补充回复， 我尝试添加了EDID后重启， 出现了缩放选项，不过刷新率依然只有50hz 有意思的是，再把配置文件中的EDID删掉，重启，依然会有缩放选项 所以我的猜测是： 显示选项 Display Profile貌似记住了这个 你可以试试
不过你这个需求还挺特别的，我是想要144hz orz
这个目录貌似不需要关SIP `/Library/Displays/Contents/Resources/Overrides/` 但不太清楚具体对应MacOS哪个版本有效，我记得之前帖子说要改/System下面那个目录
