My only suggestion is could the horizontal rule be less bright? Currently it's as bright as sunshine. A better alternative is to keep it subtle (if you turn on Dark...

You need to uncomment the corresponding line in [_includes/head-custom.html](https://github.com/pages-themes/minimal/blob/master/_includes/head-custom.html). For e.g. [here](https://github.com/BDHU/bdhu.github.io/blob/master/_includes/head-custom.html)
