There's probably a version incompatibility. I would try a new env from scratch including at once all necessary packages. Something like: `conda create -n my_new_env geobr ... geoandas... shapely ......
I wouldn't know the interdependencies of spatial libraries. I suggest using the `poetry` package management as per the documentation description or using conda with the poetry dependencies as listed geopandas...
