Not opening items at all sins DragonFlight prepatch.

This critter always shows nameplates only one I found so far.

I must be honost I havent played Shadowlands much and only went trough this zone for unlocking flying. by default I only show name plates in combat so its weird...

White list/do not sell item x list and maybe do sell item y list.
