ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'em'

i tried pip install em ,but it has another problem:AttributeError processing template 'msg.idl.em',AttributeError: module 'em' has no attribute 'Interpreter'.and i tried pip install empy ,it came up with AttributeError processing template 'msg.idl.em',AttributeError: module 'em' has no attribute 'BUFFERED_OPT'.
