CSS error in french

Conditions are showing below the the activity only in french. Could you fix it please ?  

It is impossible to add a new chapter within the book activity, the text input area in not showing at all. moodle version : 3.4.4+

HTML code does not show properly in the footer - translation is not working either.

There is problem on the login page to display buttons for "facebook" and "google".
