REAPER + Ubuntu Studio LTS 22.04 + VST3 => lack of detection

I was not able to get the VST3 version to be recognised in my DAW (Linux Reaper 6.7)

Customer report VST2 working but not VST3, Ubuntu Studio LTS 22.04
