macOS installer should remove existing bundles

Would allows:

  • downgrade
  • uninstalling by not checking anything I think it can only be done by sh scripting, since the pkgbuild property list will not actually work as documented.

Actually important, can't downgrade macOS bundle without removing previous plugins manually. It creates more problems with #741 with the user not being able to downgrade when he believes so.
