Bad cursor values

[ ] macOS: moving the resize displays a cross cursor instead of drag arrow
[ ] Windows and macOS: moving the vertical slider in Distort display a cross instead of up-down arrow

Well need more explicit constants to manage intent. ("drag" and "move" maybe not good names)
