Recent bug with Live | Cakewalk + session recall

Probably out of our control but there is something:

I just purchased XXX, and it appears fully downloaded, but when I exit a project the settings reset and are not saved? Do you know why this might be happening?

I’m using Cakewalk Sonar X1. I’m using a windows 10,

Hey there, I am absolutely loving XXX, it’s one of my favourite plug ins! I’ve just run into one small problem and was wondering if you could help me understand what’s causing the issue. Recently after saving new Ableton projects, this particular plug-in resets to default settings and I can’t work out why. Looking forward to hearing back from you, Thanks, Customer 2
