Size is wrong at session recall

A resized plugin will reopen at the default size (and it can be useful when the corner resize is outside the screen).

So two separate problems:

• recalling UI things at session opening
• sometimes the resizing corner is out of the screen bounds

One producer said he expect plugins to remember their screen position (up to host) and size (up to plugin), and citing this as a reason to abandon SPAN.

Could be done with futureBinState, but a long term better solution would be to instead use external config files.
