Spectral is in Alpha and the development seems dead or slow. Nheko seems more active and is available on fedora. Might be a good choice until this issue is fixed.

Is the previous Element fc34 rpm available for download anywhere? I have been using Nheko as an alternative matrix client for a few weeks and I have had several segfaults....

You can not check in your code before the dialog is opened and send the filename into the dialog as a parameter?

This is a related issue also connected to the low /run size https://github.com/dracutdevs/dracut/issues/2550 Particularly the ```rd.writable.fsimg=1``` copies rootfs.img into RAM and this image is typically even larger than the squashfs.img.

This is also a problem when you have ```rd.writable.fsimg=1``` This option copies the rootfs.img into /run, this image can be very large. It used to run fine on f38 but...
