A previously assigned tour is filtered out when you filter out the courier it was previously assigned

Reported by corinne on enrouelivr instance assign a tournée to a coursier, unassign it, filter out the coursier. The tournée is also filtered out.

Unassign by dnd should unassign delivery/order

Atm dragndrop unassign single task should move both - [ ] from assigned to tour - [ ] from tour to unassigned - [ ] from tour to unassigned

In the right click menu of the disaptch dashboard, propose for unassigned tasks - 1 action to assign single tasks - 1 action to assign linked tasks/deliveries/orders
