Fixed typos, renamed stuff, mostly perks and some blocks idk why am i doing this if no one is going to pay attention anyways
add ability to remove cave noises when octans's mantle is worn like you don't need oxygen with this mantle, this means no suffering from lack of oxygen deep underground
