I might have mitigated the issue by adding the chunk size to the embeddings: `embedding = OpenAIEmbeddings(deployment="embeddings",model="text-embedding-ada-002", chunk_size = 1)`

The current version of LangChain does not support python versions below 3 (source: https://pypi.org/project/langchain/)

@sandeepvootoori I got it fixed by asking the users to use the bot for the first time via the new teams client. The old client was the culprit
