Add additional app_role & app_role_assignment to existing application

Was stuck at the same problem. Worked when accessing app_role_ids from the application directly. Would be nice if https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/azuread/latest/docs/resources/app_role_assignment is updated to reflect this.

Google.Protobuf.Tools proto compilation is only supported by default in a C# project (extension .csproj)

Deleting the `.vs` folder seems to fix it - it did for me. - Old style .csproj - VS 2019 (16.3.4) EDIT: Added some more info.
