SNAP: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'encodings'

Same issue than @JeroenDelcour after installing ODM via snap on Ubuntu 21.

How can I change the pytorch weights (.pt) to darknet weights (.weights)?

I'm also interested in finding a way to convert the weight file, containing the model trained using this repo into darknet .weights. @DongNaeSwellfish, were you able to find a solution?
