Plugin.download_plugins如何初始化？

我在代码里直接调用biliup： ```python from biliup.downloader import download download("test", "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NhjKGfxVwTA") ``` 发现走的是默认的基础下载方式（DownloadBase的download），看了一下download里加载的Plugin.download_plugins是空因此无法匹配youtube的download。 （p.s. 我还发现，DownloadBase的download视频下载完后会不断下载新的，NhjKGfxVwTA只是一个3分钟的普通视频，不是直播，这边是默认是直播的下载吗，会不停地下，只能自己退出程序） 之后我使用 ```python from biliup.plugins.youtube import Youtube Youtube("test", "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NhjKGfxVwTA").start() ``` 表现正常，下载完后立马结束了运行。 我想问问如何通过from biliup.downloader import download 函数去下，通过这个函数去下，插件需要加载到Plugin.download_plugins，除非我主动调用一遍Youtube否则，插件不会加入Plugin.download_plugins
