What is the underscore function shown in readme ?

The nature of the `_()` function in the readme needs to be documented, or maybe renamed, eg. [here](https://github.com/HealthByRo/universal_notifications/blame/04c6dab05a8291b5a30c740d7879b9a80a6456a6/README.rst#L72): >email_subject = **_**('Order no. {{item.pk}} has been shipped.')
