Question re: Failure to block a specific video - Happens only occasionaly

Asking because I have clicked "block channel" on this video many times, yet it keeps showing up in YT suggestions when I go to to the "home" page. Tried blocking...

As of today, no block tube options in right hand list of suggested videos

In spite of what the splash page for the add-on says, it's never worked on Shorts, with Firefox 140.0.4 (64-bit). It did work fine with any videos on my home...
