The idea of a worldpsawn flag is great. I would also add a cvar (disabled by default) to enable the correct behavior of this feature in the entire game.

This is a problem on the Lost Mission side. zpak-french.pk4 and the rest of languages .pk4 miss the 'sound' folder, it's should contain 'sound/vo/french' but instead it's just vo/french, so...

Those files are nowhere to be found even in BFG Edition files. RBDoom3 resource extraction feature and [BFG Resource File Manager](https://github.com/MadDeCoDeR/BFG-Resource-File-Manager) yield no result when I searched for those files.

Yeah, deleting the .wav extension in the definition files only cleans the console of those error, but doesn't help with the actual missing sounds still generating the "default sound" to...
