服务器docker部署后访问网页8080端口提示Method not allowed

服务部署后，访问服务地址报405 method not allowed，无法访问服务。 服务器可以ping通github api地址 还是说服务器需要能够直连github copilot或者openai才行？

Can't create new dag via docker doploy

I deployed DAGU via `docker` but when i tried to create new dag, error happened.  **Reproduce** to reproduce this problem, just need to run docker container as readme showed....

观察项目中的DefaultFileCreator文件，所使用到的文件目录都不需要申请此类权限完成下载，使用私有缓存目录即可，可以直接去掉该权限清单
