@AkshayaFoiger Let's get clarity on mandate information passing to stripe. For now marking it as blocked

@jarnura The merge after our approvals were from his another PR #1009 . Changing the label to l2 review required.

@pixincreate as discussed please remove your BankRedirectData changes. As per our api contract those can't be optional fields.

As discussed lets remove the 3ds changes from this PR and keep only bank redirects. Please make sure you have handled all the use cases while handling the redirect URL.
