Cannot get Chrome to work with web-ui – CDP connection error despite clean setup

Came across this while trying to fix similar error. Apparently, it is caused by a [Chrome Security Update](https://developer.chrome.com/blog/remote-debugging-port). I had some partial success with the workaround [here in 1520](https://github.com/browser-use/browser-use/issues/1520)
