Would it be possible to get something akin to a Blacklist for the Item Tooltip Count? Or better yet a Whitelist to show it only on Items specified like Artisan's...

Did you do the Certificate Install like this?  
I currently do this with a Macro, but i can not use the regular F key as a shortcut — like i do with the Selling Post Shortcut already included...
