Reference Debian rather than Ubuntu where appropriate

The scripts in the "Common" directory should work equally well on Debian as Ubuntu; rename.

There are lots of people who don't realize that Ubuntu is Debian, they'll think they are totally different... Or more realistically have never heard of Debian.
