Lanbao range finder setup page

It seems like we added a driver for the Lanbao CM8JL65 lidar but didn't create a wiki page (nor parameter descriptions) so it's unlikely users know how to set it up.

Yes indeed :) Here's what I've tried so far.

SERIAL5_BAUD=115200
SERIAL5_PROTOCOL=9
RNGFND1_TYPE=26
RNGFND1_MAX_CM=600

Lanbao doesn't appear in the list, so I've set 26 manually. This is running 4.0.7 copter. Maybe I need a later version because from https://github.com/ArduPilot/ardupilot/issues/13249 it seems range finder type 26 should have a description now? Any tips? Cheers.
