To enable streaming, it seems you also need "gst-plugins-ugly"

Issue details

When i tried to enable streaming with "gz topic -t /world/gimbal/model/mount/model/gimbal/link/pitch_link/sensor/camera/image/enable_streaming -m gz.msgs.Boolean -p "data: 1"" for the gimbal.sdf i saw a gstreamer error message in the gz log.

After installing the gst-plugins-ugly paket on ubuntu 24.04 it worked.

Suggestion: if someone can approve, the Ubuntu installation manual should include "gst-plugins-ugly1.0"
