Plane: LEDs no longer work since 4.6 BUG

Since I upgraded to version 4.6, the LEDs no longer work. If I dowgrade to 4.5.7 they work again.

Led, two are connected : 8 Bit WS2812 5050 RGB LED ( work fine with Ardupilot prvious version ) link to leds: https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_on5VxLo

Parameters: NTF_LED_BRIGHT: 3 NTF_LED_LEN : 16 NTF_LED_TYPES: 256 (NeoPixel)

Connected on this port : GND, 5V, LED

I don't think so Periph != Wing. The fix is only applicable to periph @rmackay9
