AP_Scripting: Add GPS switch script

• Use this script and an Aux switch to change the primary GPS for the EKF
• Tested in SITL and on EDU-650 with dual GPS before launch
• Similar to AHRS_switch.lua but improved with messages when the GPS_PRIMARY is changed
• I have yet to try it in flight
