Support for Pixhawk6X highres 45686 IMUs
This allows highres sampling to be defined dynamically using BOARD_MATCH()
The Holybro Pixhawk6X rev8 supports 3x ICM45686
i'd be comfortable with enabling more broadly now

Testing looks good. No issues that I can see with high res output.
