SITL: Flight Axis: Fix heli demixer

This PR fixes the "de-mixing" for using Heli H3-120 swashplates in Real Flight.

Without this fix the collective was mixing in pitch to the collective output. This also reverses the pitch output so that is matches our normal conventions in AP.
