DGPS module from serial port

DGPS module for RTCM injection data are only available via UDP or TCP. (See https://github.com/ArduPilot/MAVProxy/pull/408 and https://github.com/ArduPilot/MAVProxy/commit/ec5cd22e22469d1107c0259bb71508fb99293e14 )

It would be great if we could have an input through a Serial / USB port to make use of all the last M8P GPS (Here+ / Drotek etc..).
