Found the solution from bootstrap-admin-2 put a "collapse" class on "ul" element which has multiple "li"
Just desactivated all my addons, resetted Ui but still see a blank priv8 icon i cant drop anywhere when customising UI.
OK found why it didnt work! just repaired firefox and used default parameters. Saw the priv8 icon, could create sandbox etc. In fact i cant use sandboxes in private mode....
